If you’re hosting Thanksgiving this year, you’ve probably started thinking about your table decorations. We put together a dessert display to show off all of our delicious pies and cookies, and we wanted to share all the supplies and tips so you can pull one together for your own party.
Depending on the number of guests you’re inviting, you may not think you need all of these desserts… but every get-together is better with multiple pies, cookies, and cakes! And this way, there’s something for everyone.
Lacking space, but still want to display a bunch of pies? Try one of these pie racks from Amazon! It also adds some height and interest to the table.
We bought the pennant banner from Party City, and we love this fun detail!
You’ll want to add a banner over the table, and this was last year’s banner from Paper Source.
We used a burlap runner with a laser-cut felt overlay from Michaels last year, and it’s not on the website anymore. I’m sure you can find something similar in the stores, though!
Pumpkins and gourds will be on sale at the grocery store or market by this time of year, so pick up a few to decorate your table. You can even spray paint them!
Use mason jars to display macaron pops, cake pops, or cinnamon sticks. Just another way to add dimension to the table.
These caramel apples are an unexpected, but delicious treat for Thanksgiving… and they totally count as fruit!
Love the colors on this autumn Jardin cake. We’ll have plenty of these in stores, but always good to order ahead so you can take care of that family member who doesn’t like pie (Who doesn’t like pie?? We’ll never understand).
This pull-apart cupcake cake serves eight and makes the perfect centerpiece for your table!
Don’t forget about these little guys! Who can resist those googly eyes?
We know that these are almost too pretty to eat, but let your family and friends head home on a sweet note with these adorable cookies available in both stores.
Our pumpkin bread loaf is delicious not only as a dessert on Thanksgiving, but for breakfast the next morning. Warm it up, drink a coffee, and head out shopping or settle in for a day of Christmas movies and un-decorating!
Pierrot Catering offers a full Thanksgiving Turkey dinner that you can pick up hot on Thanksgiving morning! Because you should be spending the day in gratitude…. not in the kitchen. Check out the menu right here!
