What’s for Dinner

It’s a beautiful night to stop by for dinner and taste some of this weekends specials.
Seafood Medley Vol au Vent  Vol-au-vent is a small hollow circle of flaky puff pastry. We filled this pastry with a medley of seafood and cream based seafood sauce accompanied by asparagus tips.

Butternut Porcini Risotto  For the risotto special this weekend we topped the creamy Italian specialty rice with butternut squash and porcini mushrooms.
