Moroccan Beef Kabobs

Moroccan Beef Kabob dusted with a House made Garam Masala over a Dried Fruit Chutney.

Garam is Indian for “warm” (not hot). The Garam Marsala is a blend of dry-roasted spices to add a sense of “warmth” to the palate. Made from black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, cardamom, dried chili, fennel, mace, nutmeg.

Red Lentil Salad with Diced Red Pepper, Jalapeño, Tomato Concasse, Orange Segments and Basil Chiffonade over Greens dressed with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Pan Roasted Pollock

This plate is inspired by seasonal garden vegetables and  a desire for light fresh favors of summer.

Pollock is a member of Cod family found in the Atlantic. It is a rounder filet, perfect for pan roasting.
